Patna, Aug. 27 -- Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) CPI(ML) General Secretary Dipankar Bhattacharya today said that the upcoming Assembly election in Bihar will be anelection for change.
Bhattacharya said, "On August 17, when the Voter Rights Yatra of the Grand Alliance began in Sasaram, we had said that it was not just a journey but the beginning of a big mass movement.
