Pratapgarh (UP), April 27 -- Three children of a family who went to take bath in a pond drowned in Kohdaur area in Pratapgarh district here in Uttar Pradesh on Sunday, police sources said here.
Police sources said that Khushi (9), her brothers Kaisari (7) and Kuki (6), all residents of Parsapur village, went to take bath in a pond in the village at 3 pm. "While taking bath they slipped into deep water and drowned," they said.
Police sources said that on receiving the information, the police reached the spot and fished the bodies.
