Kannauj, July 21 -- At least 14 people, including several children, were injured, some critically, after a speeding dumper collided with a school van in the Brahimpur area of Chhibramau, Kannauj district here today, police said.
The van, reportedly belonging to the MSA Education Centre, was parked on the wrong side of the road when it was hit head-on by the heavy vehicle. CCTV footage captured the terrifying three-minute ordeal, showing the moment of impact and the van engulfed in smoke.
