Amroha (UP), March 4 -- A 50-year-old farmer was beaten to death with bricks by miscreants in a road-drain dispute in Hasanpur area of Amroha district here in Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday, police sources said here.
Police sources said that Tahseen, a resident of Agarola Kalan village in the area, informed the police that construction work of roads and drain is going on in his village under the supervision of the village head. "He said that on Monday there was a dispute between two groups in the village over the construction of roads and drains," they said.
