Lucknow, May 3 -- Senior Aam Aadmi Party ( AAP) leader and Rajya Sabha MP, Sanjay Singh, launched a scathing and direct attack on the BJP-led central government over the massive increase in gas cylinder prices on Labour Day.
He said that as soon as the elections were over, the BJP government exposed its true colours and openly looted the pockets of the poor, labourers, and small businesses. This move proves that the promises made during the elections were mere sham and a well-planned ploy to gain power.
Sanjay Singh, addressing a press conference here, said that throughout the election, the Prime Minister and BJP leaders misled the public in the name of poverty alleviation, inflation reduction, and national development.
