Lucknow, May 1 -- The Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission (UPSDM) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (IIT-R), for technical cooperation in a significant step towards imparting global-level technical skills to youth in the state, official sources said here on Thursday.
Sources said that the agreement was formalised at the IIT Roorkee campus in Uttarakhand.
