The UP Eco-Tourism Development Board is rapidly developing multiple facilities worth about Rs 2.81 crore, aimed at creating a richer and more immersive visit for tourists, wildlife lovers and school groups.
The sanctuary, located about 43 km from Lucknow, draws birdwatchers, families and weekend travellers looking for calm natural surroundings. Each winter, the wetland attracts a wide variety of local and migratory birds, making it one of the region's most dependable nature-viewing spots.
