Lucknow, Jan. 8 -- To provide timely and quality healthcare services to the poor and needy, the Yogi Adityanath government has further strengthened the payment system under the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana.
As a result, a total of Rs 4,649 crore was paid to the hospitals empanelled under the Ayushman Bharat scheme in the state between January 2025 and December 2025.
On the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, claim payments are being ensured to empanelled hospitals within the stipulated 30-day timeframe to prevent any negligence in patient treatment.
