Lucknow, Feb. 25 -- In view of the Holi festival, the Uttar Pradesh governmentprovided significant relief to state employees and pensioners on Wednesday by issuing instructions allowing the February, 2026, salary and pension/family pension to be drawn and disbursed on the last date of the month.
According to the government order issued by the state Finance Department, due to the general holiday on March 1( Sunday) and the public holiday for Holika Dahan on March 2, the salary and pension of the state employees will be disbursed on February 28.
