Lucknow, March 4 -- Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday said that despite being rich in resources, the pace of development in Uttar Pradesh remained slow due to the indifferent attitude of the governments of opposition parties, but the situation changed rapidly after the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government came to power.
