Lucknow, Oct. 13 -- In a significant move to promote structured and transparent growth in the real estate sector, the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has approved six new real estate projects across various regions of the state.
This decision was taken during the Authority's 186th meeting, chaired by Sanjay Bhoosreddy, Chairman, UP RERA, and attended by senior officials and sector experts here today afternoon.
The combined investment for these six projects stands at Rs 176.28 crores and will lead to the construction of 501 new units, comprising residential flats and commercial shops.
