Lucknow, Oct. 29 -- The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP-RERA) has reiterated its commitment to protecting the interests of home-buyers and ensuring transparency in the real estate sector. Under Section 31 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, UP-RERA provides a structured and accessible mechanism for any aggrieved person whether a home-buyer, promoter, or Association of Allottee to file complaints regarding violations of the Act.
