Lucknow, Nov. 10 -- Following the explosion near the Red Fort in Delhi today evening, security arrangements have been tightened as a precautionary measure in all districts of Uttar Pradesh.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, after receiving information about the incident from Director General of Police (DGP) Rajiv Krishna, has directed the police force across the state to be placed on high alert.
The DGP has directed top district officials to ensure that all senior police officers are present in the field and personally visit, inspect, and patrol sensitive, crowded areas, markets, public events and religious sites.
