Saharanpur (UP), Sept. 27 -- The country's first female Indian Police Service (IPS) officer and former Lieutenant Governor, Dr. Kiran Bedi, today said that the rule of law has been established in Uttar Pradesh and the state is no longer a "sick state."Dr. Bedi launched a new initiative to reform the lives of prisoners and inmates in the Saharanpur District Jail. Under this initiative, prisoners and inmates will be able to listen to the radio in the jail and enjoy their favorite songs and compositions.
