Lucknow, Aug. 14 -- Both houses of the Uttar Pradesh legislature were adjourned sine die on Thursday afternoon after conducting a record sitting of more than 24 hours.

The marathon sitting was conducted for discussing the 'UP Development Vision 2047'.



Both houses sat at 11 am yesterday and was adjourned after sitting without any break in the late afternoon after Chief minister Yogi Adityanath's address.



The monsoon session of the state Legislature commenced on August 11 and they held sitting for just four days.



During the session the state assembly also approved the 'Banke Bihari Trust Bill' among other Bills.
