Lucknow, Jan. 18 -- The Uttar Pradesh Khadi and Village Industries Board established a new record.
Under the Prime Minister Employment Generation Program, the UP Khadi and Village Industries Board made a great achievement countrywide by providing financial aid to new startups and by promoting employment among the youth.
The board has achieved a target of 106 percent against the target set for utilization of margin money till January 16, official sources here on Monday said.
An amount of Rs 8176.89 lakh as margin money has been given to 2376 units from the board.
