Lucknow, April 3 -- The Uttar Pradesh government is set to enhance the facilities of free accommodation, meals, medical care and entertainment for senior citizens in all age old homes in all the 75 districts in the state, official sources said here on Thursday.
Sources said that under Ayushman Bharat, elderly residents will receive top-tier healthcare, while a new initiative will leverage their professional and business experience, offering financial incentives in return. "Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath believes this will promote self-reliance and enrich their lives," they said.
