Ayodhya (UP), Sept. 27 -- A day after violence in Bareilly district, Vice Chairperson of the Uttar Pradesh State Women's Commission Aparna Yadav on Friday said that any kind of anarchy is unacceptable in the state.

Talking to reporters after the prize distribution at the closing ceremony of the Girls Kho-Kho National Championship organised by the CBSE Board in Ayodhya, Aparna said that every citizen has complete freedom to practice their religion.

"However, if any attempt is made to spread unrest or crime in the name of religion, it will be considered a crime and strict action will be taken," she said.
