Lucknow, Dec. 22 -- The Yogi Adityanath government has tabled the first supplementary budget of Rs 24,496 crore for the current fiscal in the Uttar Pradesh assembly on Monday.
State Finance and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Kumar Khanna tabled the supplementary budget proposals in presence of chief minister Adityanath after the zero hour.
Khanna stated that the original budget for 2025-26 was Rs 8,08,lakh crore. Now, a supplementary budget of Rs24,496 crore has been presented. This includes revenue expenditure of Rs18,369 crore and capital expenditure of Rs 6,127 crore.
