Lucknow, March 4 -- In a bid to empower Divyangjan and make them self-reliant the Uttar Pradesh government is carrying out a comprehensive rejuvenation of deaf and dumb schools across six districts before the new academic session, official sources said here on Tuesday.
Sources said that the effort aims to enhance educational and training facilities for Divyangjan, ensuring their seamless integration into mainstream society. To further strengthen this initiative, the Yogi government has approved significant funds for developing special schools and training centres in multiple districts.
