Lucknow, Sept. 26 -- Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel today emphasized that daughters face many challenges, and therefore, empowering them through education, instilling values, and protecting their health is the most pressing need of the hour.
The Governor noted that numerous programmes are being implemented across the country for the welfare of daughters, which are continuously contributing to their advancement. "It is essential to educate daughters and raise awareness among parents, as daughters, in their future roles as mothers, help shape strong and cultured citizens for society," she said.
