Lucknow, Sept. 14 -- The Uttar Pradesh Forest Department will celebrate Seva Parv (September 17-October 2) as a 'Swachh Utsav.'A fortnight-long campaign will feature cleanliness drives, initiatives to curb single-use plastic, weed removal in bird sanctuaries, and public awareness programs focused on environmental protection, rainwater harvesting, and water conservation.
