Etah, March 10 -- Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya has suspended Nagendra Narayan Mishra, Chief Development Officer (CDO), Etah, on Tuesday and has ordered a departmental probe in connection with a viral video of him allegedly demanding a bribe.
The departmental proceedings have been initiated against the CDO, under Rule 7 of the CrPC, after his suspension.
The action was taken after a video of Chief Development Officer Nagendra Narayan Mishra, posted in Etah, allegedly demanding a bribe, has gone viral on social media.
