Lucknow, Nov. 27 -- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday administered the oath of the Preamble of the Constitution on the occasion of Constitution Day and said that every institution and panchayat has organized such events to recite the Preamble of the Constitution.
