UP CM Yogi''s river drone survey model to be adopted by entire country

Lucknow, Dec. 22 -- The Yogi Adityanath government's initiative for river conservation in Uttar Pradesh has now become a national model.

For the first time, a state has made such extensive use of a high-tech river drone survey system in river conservation. The impact has been so effective that the central government has decided to implement the UP model across the entire country.

The State Clean Ganga Mission has infused new energy into river rejuvenation efforts by completing a drone survey of approximately 150 kilometres of the Ganges, Yamuna, Gomti, Varuna, and Pandu rivers.
