Lucknow, April 8 -- Accusing the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLAs and MPs of flouting the law, Samajwadi Party (SP) president Akhilesh Yadav on Wednesday said that the Chief Minister should take action against the Kannauj MP who assaulted a tehsildar, under the National Security Act (NSA). In a statement issued here, Mr Yadav said that the BJP's MPs, MLAs and their leaders consider it their right to flout the law. After Saharanpur and Kanpur, Kannauj MP Subrat Pathak, in his arrogance of power, attacked a tehsildar along with his aides when food packets could not reach home.
