Lucknow, Sept. 6 -- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath unveiled a host of new initiatives of the Transport Department at a grand event here today.
The Chief Minister launched the facility of providing more than 45 transport services to public through 1.5 lakh Jan Seva Kendras, inaugurated the Saral Transport Helpline 149, flagged off 400 buses and distributed appointment letters and certificates to women conductors and various investors.
He also laid the foundation stone of seven modern bus stations to be developed on the PPP model.
He launched the Saral Transport Helpline 149, introduced the Digital Bus Tracking (Margdarshi) App, and unveiled the new international driving permit booklet.
