Lucknow, April 7 -- Uttar Pradesh government announced major decisions in several areas, including education, transportation, and industrial development on Tuesday.
The decisions were taken in the state cabinet meeting, which was chaired by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
The most important decisions include an increase in the honorarium of part-time Shikshamitras and instructors.
State Basic Education Minister Sandeep Singh stated that the honorarium of Shikshamitras has been increased from Rs 10,000 to Rs 18,000 per month from April 2026.
