Firozabad (UP), Feb. 19 -- Three persons were killed and three others seriously injured in a road accident in the Nasirpur area of Firozabad district here in Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday, police sources said here.
Police sources said that three people from Delhi died while three others were injured after being hit by an unknown vehicle on the Agra-Lucknow Expressway.
"All the victims were returning to Delhi by car after the Kumbh bath," they said.
Police sources said that the incident took place when the family of Ranjit Kumar, a resident of Azadpur in North West Delhi, was returning from Prayagraj in the car.
"Ranjit Kumar (45), his daughter Premlata (20), and companion Kunal (35) died in the accident," they said.
