Sambhal, Nov. 28 -- Six people, including three women and three children, were killed in a devastating road accident today evening on the Ganga Expressway in Sambhal.

Four others sustained injuries, two of whom are reported to be in critical condition.

The crash occurred when a car and a vegetable-laden pickup collided head-on with such force that the front portion of the pickup was completely crushed, and the car was reduced to mangled debris.

Upon receiving information, Inspector Umesh Solanki, Kailadevi Police Station in-charge Saurabh Tyagi, and ASP (North) Kuldeep Singh rushed to the spot.
