Kushinagar (UP), Feb. 18 -- A 55-year-old man was beaten to death by his three sons allegedly over a property dispute in the Tamkuhiraj area of Kushinagar district here in Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday, police sources said here.
Police sources said that in ward number 11 Vaishnav Nagar, Bhatwalia number 2 of Nagar Panchayat Tamkuhiraj, Anees was beaten up by his sons expressing displeasure over the sale of land.
"When the father protested, the sons started hitting him on the head with a brick, due to which Anees died on the spot," they said.
Police sources said that on receiving information from the villagers, the Tamkuhiraj police took the injured to the community health centre CHC Tamkuhiraj, where the doctors declared him dead. Town police...
