Jaunpur (UP), May 26 -- A man and his two sons were attacked with a hammer and killed by unidentified miscreants in the Zafarabad area of Jaunpur district here in Uttar Pradesh, a senior officer said here on Monday.
Superintendent of Police (SP) Dr Kaustubh said that Lalji (62), a resident of Mohammadpur Kandh village, and his sons Guddu Kumar (32) and Yadveer (28) had a shop named Lalji Welding Workshop on the Nevada bypass of the area.
"On Sunday night when Lalji was at the shop with his two sons, unidentified miscreants killed all three by hitting them on the head with a hammer and also opened the DVR of the CCTV camera with a key and took it away," he said.
He said that four mobile phones have been found at the spot.
