Sambhal, Jan. 5 -- Sambhal witnessed a major late-night crackdown against electricity theft as the district administration launched a large-scale enforcement drive.
District Magistrate (DM) Dr. Rajendra Paisiya and Superintendent of Police (SP) Krishna Vishnoi personally led the operation, hitting the streets with a heavy police force and teams from the electricity department. The sudden raids created panic among violators across the city, sources confirmed today.
