Sonbhadra (UP), May 8 -- The bodies of a youth and a girl were found hanging from a banyan tree in the forest located under mysterious circumstances in the Rampur Barkonia area of Sonbhadra district here in Uttar Pradesh on Thursday, a police officer said here.
Superintendent of Police (SP) Ashok Kumar Meena said that the watchman of Baijnath village informed the Rampur Barkonia police station that the bodies of a boy and a girl were hanging from a banyan tree in the forest three kilometres away from the village.
"After the information, a police team and forensic team were sent to the spot, and the crime scene was investigated," he said.
