Basti (UP), Feb. 4 -- Three police personnel, including a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), were injured when their vehicle collided with a tanker after being hit by an unidentified vehicle in Munderwa area of Basto district on Sunday, police sources said here.
Police sources said that the incident took place when Circle Officer (CO) Kushinagar Jitendra Singh Kalra along with his driver Divyaman Yadav (27) and gunner Ghulam Afsar (35) was going to Lucknow. "Near Khajaula village on Gorakhpur-Ayodhya highway their vehicle rammed into a tanker after being hit by an unidentified vehicle," they said.
