United Nations, May 24 -- The Algeria-proposed UN Security Council draft resolution is calling for immediate and unconditional lifting of all restrictions hampering aid deliveries into Gaza, the document seen by a RIA Novosti correspondent said on Friday.
The draft resolution "demands the immediate and unconditional lifting of all restrictions on the access of humanitarian aid into and its distribution throughout the Gaza Strip as well as the restoration of electricity, water supply, and other essential services in line with international humanitarian law and relevant resolutions of the Security Council."
