Agartala, Aug. 19 -- The unopposed winning about 85 per cent three tire Panchayat seats in the recently held election in Tripura has appeared to be the biggest trouble monger for ruling BJP that badly exposed power fight among the factions.
Allegedly, BJP leaders have picked up their preferred persons for the post of Gram Panchayat Chief and Deputy Chief without assessing the local situation since there was no election peoples' mandate had not been judged. Because of internal differences and mass opposition by the villagers the oath taking ceremony was postponed as many as 46 Panchayats in the last two days where BJP won unopposed.
