Chennai, Oct. 5 -- Asserting that unlocking youngsters' minds was the key to unlocking Tamil Nadu's future, State Industries Minister TRB Raaja has said the government was keen on promoting Research and Development and giving importance to it.
Raaja also urged the industries to focus on this by collaborating with the state government.
In his address at the 79th Annual Session of the Hindustan Chamber of Commerce(HCC) here, Raaja cited the Singapore model he saw during his recent visit and said students were given problem statements to solve and were also paid for them.
