Bokaro, Dec. 9 -- An unidentified body of a youth was found along the banks of the Ijri River under Pindrajora Police Station limits here.
Police said local resident Shankar Rawani spotted the body early in the morning while heading towards the river for routine chores and immediately informed the Pindrajora police.
Station in-charge Abhishek Ranjan reached the spot with his team, took possession of the body, and initiated an investigation.
Preliminary findings suggest that the deceased was around 25 to 30 years old, though his identity remains unknown.
Police said no visible injury marks were found on the body; however, the exact cause of death will be determined only after the post-mortem examination.
