Hyderabad, April 28 -- The University of Hyderabad has reaffirmed its standing as a leading institution for higher education and research, securing a place in the 251-300 bracket in the Times Higher Education Asia University Rankings.
In the 2026 edition, which evaluated 929 universities across 36 countries, UoH continued to feature among the top 20 Indian institutions and remained a leading performer among Central Universities.
The rankings highlighted the university's strengths in teaching and research environment, backed by a high faculty-to-student ratio and robust PhD output. UoH also earned recognition for its academic reputation and significant contributions to high-impact international journals.
