Pune, Aug. 22 -- The dispute over Pune's Ganesh Visarjan (immersion) procession has been resolved by union Minister and MP Murlidhar Mohol.

After holding a joint meeting with the prominent Ganesh mandals and others today.

it was unanimously decided to continue the procession in the traditional format and sequence followed every year.

The meeting concluded with the decision to start the procession at 9:30 am, maintaining the established order of mandals.

Some mandals had earlier expressed their wish to join the procession before the scheduled time, leading to disagreements.

However, Mohol, along with MLA Rasane, mediated and settled the issue amicably.
