Hyderabad, Jan. 31 -- Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar has accused the Congress government of conspiring to halt the Rythu Bharosa scheme under the pretext of the Election Code.
In a statement issued here on Friday, he asserted that since the Rythu Bharosa scheme is an ongoing initiative, there should be no objections from the Election Commission. Additionally, as the upcoming elections pertain to graduates and teachers, he argued that the scheme would not impact the electoral process.
Bandi Sanjay stated that if required, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is prepared to send a letter to the Election Commission through the party's state president, Kishan Reddy.
