Chandigarh, Oct. 3 -- Home Minister Amit Shah today inaugurated and laid foundation stone for 19 development projects in Haryana, collectively valued at Rs 825 crore.

The ceremony took place in Kurukshetra during a state-level programme organised by the Home Department. Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini and several cabinet colleagues were present on the occasion.

The projects include five new nursing colleges built for Rs 262.51 crore across Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Panchkula, and Faridabad districts. A two-lane bridge on the Delhi-Hisar road, residential quarters for police personnel in Jind, and the Public Works Department rest house in Narwana were also inaugurated.
