Dehradun, June 26 -- Union Minister for Environment Forest and Climate Change Bhupendra Yadav on Thursday asked the officials to ensure systematic data collection of elephant death figures owing to the railway accidents. He directed the officials to put in place best practices and action plan to prevent human-elephant conflicts and railway accidents resulting into their deaths.
