Dharamshala, Feb. 2 -- Former Himachal Pradesh Assembly Speaker and Sulah MLA Vipin Singh Parmar today said that the union Budget 2026 has accorded special priority to the state, focusing on structural reforms, self-reliance and sustainable development.
He said the budget presented by union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, provides a clear roadmap to transform the geographical challenges of hill states into growth opportunities, while strengthening India's journey towards becoming a developed nation by 2047.
