Chennai, Nov. 19 -- The BJP government at the Centre refusing permission for theMetro Rail projects in Madurai and Coimbatore was disgraceful and Tamil Nadu, theland of self-respect would never accept such a distortion of federal principles, ChiefMinister and DMK President M K Stalin said today.
