Hyderabad, June 8 -- Union Minister for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, will visit Hyderabad on June 9, as part of the ongoing Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan (VKSA)-a nationwide outreach initiative by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) aimed at connecting farmers with scientific advancements during the pre-Kharif season.
During his visit, the Minister will interact with farmers at Mansanpally and Ramachandraguda villages in Ranga Reddy district and address a gathering at Mangalpalli village. The campaign, coordinated by ICAR-ATARI Zone X, covers Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Puducherry, involving Krishi Vigyan Kendras, ICAR institutes, and state agricultural bodies.
