Patna, Aug. 12 -- Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and Agriculture Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha today said to achieve the goal of "electricity to every farm, prosperity to every farmer," the state is ensuring uninterrupted power supply for irrigation purpose.
Sinha said here that 2,274 dedicated agricultural feeders have been set up so far, which provide electricity for irrigation separately from domestic supply, at fixed times and with proper voltage.
