Kyiv/Moscow, May 3 -- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has warned foreign officials against attending the May 9 Victory Day parade in Moscow, and stated that Kyiv cannot guarantee their safety amidst the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war. "Our position is very simple in relation to all countries that visited or are planning to visit Russia on May 9 - we cannot take responsibility for what happens on the territory of the Russian Federation.
