Washington/Moscow, Dec. 18 -- Top Russian aide, and presidential envoy for economic cooperation, Kirill Dmitriev, is expected to travel to Miami this weekend for discussions on a possible settlement of the war in Ukraine with US special envoy Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, reports Axios.

During the talks, President Donald Trump's advisors are expected to brief Dmitriev on progress made in recent discussions between US and Ukrainian officials and to press Moscow to consider an updated US proposal aimed at ending the conflict.

A separate Ukrainian delegation, led by President Volodymyr Zelensky's national security advisor Rustem Umerov, is also expected to arrive in Miami later this week for talks with Witkoff and Kushner.
